Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://trumbone.com (the “Service”) operated by Trumbone (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy is incorporated into the Trumbone Terms of Service.

1) All Sales Final

All sales are final. Trumbone does not provide refunds for any purchases, including:

  • subscriptions (monthly, annual, or otherwise),
  • credit packs, add-ons, usage-based charges, or one-time purchases,
  • partially used, unused, forfeited, or expired credits,
  • failure to use the Service,
  • dissatisfaction with AI Outputs or creative preference,
  • accidental purchases,
  • incompatibility due to your devices, internet, or third-party platforms,
  • account suspension or termination due to violations of the Terms.

2) No Refunds for AI Output Dissatisfaction

AI-generated content is inherently variable. You acknowledge that Outputs may not meet your expectations and that this is not a basis for any refund.

3) Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not refund past charges. You retain access until the end of the current paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated for policy violations.

4) Billing Errors (Limited Exception)

If you believe you were charged due to a verifiable billing error caused by Trumbone (for example, a duplicate charge for the same transaction), you must contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@trumbone.com with:

  • the account email,
  • transaction details,
  • description of the issue.

If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it, which may include a refund or credit at our discretion and as required by law.

5) Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your bank or card issuer immediately and notify Trumbone at support@trumbone.com. If we confirm unauthorized use on our platform, we will comply with applicable law and processor requirements.

6) Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is valid under the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to the Service, projects, and Outputs, and may require repayment of the disputed amount plus associated fees as described in the Terms of Service.
