Trumbone 1.1 Indigo
Better video, steadier stories, and a new life for the photographs you already have. Photo Looks, Property Tours, and Scene DNA are live for everyone today.

Today we're proud to release Indigo, the next evolution of Trumbone. It's been months in the making, and it's a huge leap forward for Trumbone's capabilities: video quality, lip sync realism, and scene consistency. On top of that there's a whole side of Trumbone that didn't exist before, built on the photographs you already have.
Upload a photo off your phone and Trumbone's Photo Looks uses cutting-edge AI to transform your family into astronauts, royalty in oils, or cartoon characters. Everyone still looks like themselves, which is the part people don't expect.
When one comes back close but not quite, you tell it what to change in your own words, whether that's warmer light, a smile, or a park behind you.
Trumbone's Property Tours work the same way. Add the photos from a listing and it builds a stunning walkthrough video, set to a wide selection of music. The camera only moves inside what you actually shot, so the house on screen is the house you photographed.
Scene consistency with Scene DNA is the one you notice the most, and helps take your videos to a whole new level. A three minute video is about fifty separate clips, and the model creating shot forty has never seen shot two. Trumbone now reads your script and gives every recurring object and place its own reference picture. The guitar in shot forty is the guitar from shot two, and the kitchen you come back to is the kitchen you left. Upload your product or your logo once and it shows up the same way in everything you make after that.
It's the biggest step we've taken since we launched, it's on your account right now, and there's nothing to switch on.
One photo in, twenty four ways out
Upload a picture of yourself, your kids, whoever you like, and pick what Trumbone transforms them into.
You can be royalty in an oil portrait, a superhero mid-flight, a clay figure, or a face in a comic book panel. Four of the looks are decades rather than costumes, from a 1950s snapshot to an eighties yearbook photo.
Photo Looks is not only for fun, you can transform a selfie into a professional headshot for LinkedIn or your website, or add dramatic lighting to your pic.

Say what to change
A look gets you most of the way. The last bit is usually one small thing: the light's cold, the background's busy, nobody was smiling.
There's a line under every finished photo that allows you to type what you want changed. Nothing gets overwritten, and every version stays under the photo.
The house you actually photographed
Add the photos from a listing and Trumbone builds a tour worth sending to a buyer, branded with your own card templates and overlays.

A story that keeps its cast
A music video is where consistency gets hardest, and it's where our new Scene DNA does the most for you. Indigo keeps her the same woman in the last shot as in the first, in the same jacket, carrying the same guitar.
This came from a single prompt: eight shots, four rooms, one guitar, and a last shot that comes home to the bedroom the first one started in.

Indigo adds some fun features like Photo Looks and Property Tours, but it's a huge step forward as a creative tool for musicians, helping them bring their visions to life in a way that was previously completely unattainable for most.
A new generation of DIY bands and artists can now make the video they've always dreamed about for their song.
Where the pictures come from
When your script is written, Trumbone pulls out the people, the objects and the places it keeps coming back to, and gives each one its own reference picture.
Places work the same way. Come back to the kitchen in shot twenty two and you get the kitchen from shot nine, not the alley you were standing in a moment ago.
Indigo is available today
Indigo is live for everyone, on every plan, with nothing to switch on. It runs on any new script you generate, and an older project picks it up the moment you regenerate its script.
If you make something with it, I'd like to see it.
